Our INTRO session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. It is by appointment only and it’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals, expectations, fitness level, and experience.
After you complete the Intro Session, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to West Bay CrossFit Elements, classes, private skill lessons, nutrition education, challenges, seminars and gym events.
ON RAMP PROGRAM
At West Bay CrossFit we offer a very comprehensive On-Ramp Program designed to help new athletes learn about CrossFit. If you would describe yourself as any of the following, then the West Bay CrossFit On-Ramp Program is right for you:
- -You are starting your first fitness program.
- -You are just starting a fitness program after a long period of inactivity.
- -You exercise regularly, but have no previous CrossFit Experience.
- -You have previous CrossFit Experience, but have taken at least 6 months off.
- -You CrossFit on your own regularly, but you do so without a coach.
- -You want to gain a thorough understanding of CrossFit fundamentals.
The weekly On-Ramp Program is designed give you 3 classes in a week, for 4 weeks, for a total of 12 classes.
Monday through Thursday our On-Ramp classes are at 7 pm daily as well as 8am on Saturday mornings. Please check the Schedule for more details.
Life happens, and missing a class is a reality that some of our athletes face. We want our On-Ramp athletes to be completely comfortable with *all* of the movements before graduating to the daily WODs. So if you have to miss a class, and its make-up day, you can schedule a private session to make up for missed class.
We understand that some of our athletes have extremely busy and unique schedules, and while we offer a wide range of WOD times, our On-Ramp has limited availability. Together, you will develop all of the skills needed to complete our On-Ramp program, and graduate to our daily WOD program!
