Hello West Bay CrossFitters!
Just a gentle reminder that our Saturday schedule has changed a bit. Starting tomorrow, February 6th we will no longer have two a.m Classes. Instead we are offering a RomWod in between the CrossFit class and the Barbell Club.
Crossfit schedule will be changing to 8:30AM-9:30AM
ROMWOD (mobility) 9:30AM-10:00AM
Barbell classes 10:00AM-12:00PM
In the words of Coach Manny:
“If you plan on attending both classes it would be a good idea to eat some protein and carbs between classes.”
